At FieldFeed Services Sdn Bhd, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines how we handle situations where you are not fully satisfied with the services rendered.
Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the work performed, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. Our team will arrange a follow-up visit to inspect the work and make any necessary corrections at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the scope of the original service agreement.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not performed as described in the agreed quotation.
- A defect in workmanship is identified that our team is unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
- The service was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances and payment had already been collected.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Materials and parts that have been installed and are functioning as intended.
- Inspection or diagnostic fees where the assessment was completed and a report was provided.
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions, third-party modifications, or customer misuse after the service was completed.
- Services completed more than 30 days ago, unless covered by an active workmanship warranty.

- Your name and contact information.
- Date the service was performed.
- Description of the issue and reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting evidence (photographs, correspondence).
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within five business days. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia or pursue resolution through mediation. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and fairly.
