Service Engagement
When you request a service through our website, phone, or any other channel, you are entering into a service agreement with FieldFeed Services Sdn Bhd. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of the job after an initial assessment.
Quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered during the course of repair, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without your explicit consent.
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of labour and standard materials unless stated otherwise. Speciality parts or branded fixtures may incur additional charges, which will be communicated upfront.
Payment is expected upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major e-wallet platforms.
Warranty
FieldFeed provides a workmanship warranty on all completed jobs. The warranty duration varies depending on the type of work performed and will be communicated at the time of service completion. This warranty covers defects arising from our workmanship and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled appointment at no charge provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a nominal fee to cover the cost of technician allocation and travel.
Limitation of Liability
FieldFeed Services Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for damages that are indirect, incidental, or consequential, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or property value, arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of FieldFeed Services Sdn Bhd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Governing Law
